Broke your sat phone? Don’t call 911, there’s nothing they can do, call us, unless you ran over your phone with the Hummer or set fire to it whilst experimenting with a homemade meth lab, we should be able to help. We repair all models of Iridium satellite phones. We do the work in house for a fast turnaround, and we keep our repair man chained to his workbench in the basement for greater efficiency. We can give you a quote based on what you tell us, but the only way to know for sure how much it will cost to repair is to send it in. Once we receive it we can give you a quote, usually within 1 business day.
The most common forms of damage to Iridium phones include:
Water Damage
Screen Damage
SIM Card Door Damage
Antenna Damage
The worst of these is water damage. If you drop your sat phone in the toilet then you were probably drinking too much and that’s a whole other issue, there’s nothing we can do for you in this regard. If you get your phone wet the only thing you can do to save it is dry it out as fast as possible. Most of the damage in this situation is caused by water sitting in the phone. Apart from that we can replace antennas, screens and just about anything else.
If we cannot fix your sat phone we may be able to give you a credit toward a new phone, depending on if we can use any of the parts from your damaged phone. If not we can try blending it for a laugh (OK that’s a joke).
