On a trip to the Yukon Territory my RV caught on fire on the Dempster Highway (dirt road) some 300 miles from the nearest town. On average 40 vehicles per day travel this wilderness road. Fortunately a Canadian Mounty found us stranded while making his weekly trip on the road. He used his satellite phone to get us a tow truck from Dawson. The next time we went to the Yukon I rented a satellite phone from All Road Communications for use in an emergency. Fortunately I only needed it for pleasure. I found the phone provided excellent reception in the Far North. I would not travel to the Far North without a satellite phone given the wilderness areas we visit. We leave tomorrow for the Yukon with your phone. Thanks again for the excellent service.
