I understand and agree that prior to my trip, I will test the device to ensure I know how to use it and that it is working properly. I also understand that for quality assurance, an ARC representative will be available to help me set up and use the device if assistance is needed. I understand that I waive my right to any refunds for any orders not tested prior to use.

I understand and agree that a satellite phone must have a clear and Interrupted line of sight to the sky in order to work.

I understand and agree that my rental equipment will be shipped to {address1}, {address2} {city}, {state}, {zip}, {country}

I understand and agree that my rental equipment will arrive no later that {start_date}.

I understand and agree that my rental equipment will arrive back at All Road Communications located at 2222 4th Ave Suit A. San Diego, CA 92101, no later that {stop_date}. Should the rental equipment be returned after this date, then daily late fees will apply of $4.28 per day. 

I understand and agree that a $50 cancellation fee will apply should I wish to cancel this rental on or before the date it is shipped to me. I also understand and agree that should I wish to cancel after All Road Communications has shipped my rental equipment, then I will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.

I understand and agree that satellite telephone communication is not a perfect science and as such, from time to time, I may experience service interruption. I also understand and agree that I will liable to pay for all calls made on the satellite phone rental equipment no matter how short.

I understand and agree that if the satellite phone is lost or stolen I am liable to pay for the cost of the used satellite phone in the amount of $1,000.00 to be charged to my credit card on file for the rental. 

As the credit card holder, I also authorize All Road Communications to charge my credit card for airtime charges incurred during the period of the rental above and beyond the original minute bundle I have selected at $2.20 per minute ($10.00 per MB if internet rental) of overage and for any damages/loss of equipment up to 90 days following the conclusion of the rental period.
